Q: I want the science, how does Oxygenetix work?
A: Oxygenetix’ main ingredient in all of our products is our patented Ceravitae®. This botanically mimics the 400,000+ Saccharomyces Lysate cells in the human body that take in oxygen via osmosis, producing collagen and elastin.
This aerobic effect helps to make those vital productive cells work harder. This allows for the vital flow of oxygen to the skin.
Q: Why are Oxygenetix products aloe vera-based and not water or oil-based like other cosmetics?
A: Simply put, water and oil, even essential oils, can be harmful as they attract bacteria to your skin.
But, long used in medicine, Aloe vera is:
• Antibacterial and antimicrobial, helping to keep your skin cleansed throughout the day.
• Anti-inflammatory, soothing your skin.
Q: If aloe vera is so good, why aren’t all cosmetics aloe vera-based?
A: The short answer is that it’s too hard.
If you’ll allow us to get scientific for a moment, as a natural ingredient, aloe gel doesn’t have a consistent PH. This makes it extremely complicated to make a balanced formula with. And when we set out to do it, many people, as well as some of these other companies, told us it just wasn’t possible. But we were determined. In the end, it took us a whole year to figure it out.
Q: Has Oxygenetix been clinically tested?
A: Yes. For over 10 years, Oxygenetix has been tested extensively by physicians and their patients.
Q: Does Oxygenetix test on animals?
A: Never. We are a cruelty free company. Our products are certified Cruelty-Free and Vegan by the Peta organization.
Q: Are Oxygenetix products paraben-free?
A: Yes. Some parabens have been found to cause you harm so they will never be found in Oxygenetix products which are formulated to be do your skin good.
Furthermore, we don’t believe in adding unnecessary chemicals to our products. That includes parabens, as well as host of other chemicals you might find in other cosmetics.
Q: Do Oxygenetix foundations offer SPF protection?
A: Yes. SPF 30 UVA & UVB protection.
Both our foundations are formulated with titanium dioxide to give this protection. We choose titanium dioxide protection over the zinc oxide formulations that other cosmetics use because it works better for HD photography and video. Zinc oxide, on the other hand, tends to cast a white chalky appearance.
Q: How can I find the right shade for my skin?
A: Head over to our Find your shade page where you’ll find a walkthrough to help you select the right shade.
If you’d like more assistance, we have a 12-shade sampler card so you can test our shades yourself or you can visit a store or clinic near you.
Q: How do I apply Oxygenetix foundations to my skin?
A: Always moisturize first. Apply using a dabbing motion and blend out evenly with your choice of finger, brush or sponge. Less is more so start with just a small drop and and wait 60 seconds to repeat if you want more coverage.
Q: I have sensitive skin, is Oxygenetix safe for me to use?
A: Better than safe. Oxygenetix is gentle enough that even those with the most sensitive skin can
wear it and feel the soothing effects right away.
Q: How Do Oxygenetix Airless Pumps Work?
In order to maintain the integrity of our products, we use an airless pump in our bottles instead of a traditional straw. This means that suction from the pump raises the piston as you dispense the product. One of the best advantages to having an airless pump is you can get every drop of foundation or Hydro-Matrix. Airless pumps also keep your skincare sanitized and safe by protecting from oxygen and contaminants (which reduce shelf life). If you're having any trouble priming your airless pump, visit our instructional VIDEO.
Q: Can I order in bulk?
A: Yes. Please get in touch at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 888-500-1672 and our team will be happy to help you with your order.
Q: Will you supply our production for free?
A: While we can offer a small sample for you to test, we cannot provide free product. Even so, Oxygenetix is still chosen by countless productions for its great look, long-lasting properties under hot lights and the care it gives actors’ skin.
Q: What treatments can Oxygenetix be used after?
A: Oxygenetix is proven to work well after:
• CO2 Laser
• Laser Hair Removal
• Facial Surgery Bruising
• Scar Revision
• Skin Resurfacing
• Eye Surgery
• Chemical Peels
Q: How is Oxygenetix applied post-procedure?
A: Start by applying a generous amount of Oxygenetix Hydro-Matrix with a non-latex sponge and gloves. Wait for this to soak into the skin and then you can apply Oxygenating Foundation.
Use a non-latex sponge to apply one layer with a dabbing method. Once this has dried, you can apply additional layers to get the desired coverage.
